ACTION TIP FOR TODAY:

Take out a sheet of paper and create 4 columns. Write the headings of Building, Engaging, Promoting, Learning at the top of each column. As you go through your day, make a note under the appropriate column for each activity you do. You can't figure out what you need to work on until you know how you are already using your own time.

At the end of the day, take a look at how you spent your time. Did you really focus on those 4 items?

Were there things you could have done that would have been more effective at Building, Engaging, Promoting, or Learning?

It's getting on towards winter, so I am stacking up some extra firewood. I have enough cut and split in my woodshed to take me into the end of January or so, so I have some more ready here.
