Every year at our BCBA conference, we have the privilege of hearing from parents- the people living this journey in the most personal way.

When families share the uncertainty, the appointments, the waiting, the hope, and the relief, their words stay with you long after the day ends.

This year, what stayed with us most was the look on a parent's face when they talked about finally feeling hopeful again- about getting pieces of their life they thought were gone. More than the progress, it was how they described feeling understood, supported, and heard.
