Behavior Interventions, owned and operated by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, was founded in 2006 to improve how Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Services affect individuals with special needs. Our focus on ABA Services and their effect is strategically in line with our values. We value expertise, effectiveness, and ethical conduct when providing quality ABA Services. Remaining in touch with current research and actively seeking out additional trainings is how we succeed in our expertise. Our data driven programs evaluate the effectiveness of any given procedure; specifically, how it is effecting the individual and supporting the desired outcomes. Ethics can provide essential tools when deciding the best course of action and we thrive on remaining ethical in our decisions.

We recently celebrated 20 years of Behavior Interventions with the grand opening of our new corporate headquarters in Plymouth Meeting, PA on January 14th.

It was energizing to see colleagues reconnect, explore the new environment, and share in the excitement of this next chapter.

The positive response and enthusiasm we received affirmed that this space will play an important role in team building, collaboration, and organizational growth.

📍 Location: Lancaster County, PA & surrounding areas (home office: Mt. Joy, PA)

Why is working in our Enhanced Program a great option for BCBAs?

🔷 The Enhanced Program uses assent-based, compassionate care and trauma-informed approaches to decrease severe interfering behavior (aggression, self-injurious behavior) as a means of keeping clients in their homes and out of hospital/residential settings.

🔷 Each client is assessed using the Practical Functional Assessment/Skills Based Training as developed and researched by Dr. Greg Hanley.

🔷 Salary ranges from approximately $80,000 to $100,000+ per year based on number of billable hours.

🔷 Smaller caseload size allows the clinician to provide intensive treatment to their clients.
