"Mrs. Kelsey was my daughters food therapist from the beginning of May until today, when my daughter "graduated" from FT. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is the most kindhearted, gentle and dedicated person. I am EXTREMELY thankful for all the effort and love she poured into my daughter, Georgia. Seeing how much my little girl has accomplished and progressed under Mrs. Kelsey's guidance has been amazing. We love her dearly and will miss her! 🍪 Chocolate Chip Cookie Therapy Time! 🍪

This week in OT, Ms. Tamika baked up some sweet success with a chocolate chip cookie-themed session! 😋 The kids had a blast while working on:

✨ Oral Motor Skills – blowing on pretend hot cookies & tasting textures
🧠 Impulse Control – waiting their turn to “eat” the cookie
🖐️ Fine Motor Skills – scooping, pouring, pinching dough and placing chips
🌈 Sensory Processing – exploring textures, smells, and temperatures
💚 Self-Regulation – calming techniques during cookie cooldown time

So much skill-building wrapped up in one delicious activity — and the smiles said it all! 🍪💪
