The History Of More MD

More MD began in Surprise, Arizona under the ownership of Raghav Mohindra, MD. Since then, he has opened offices in Lake Havasu City, Prescott, Gilbert, Yuma and now Kingman. Dr Mohindra manages all of his offices under the same medical model. This model leads to increased employee satisfaction and retention which results in patient satisfaction.

At More MD, patients receive exceptional primary and internal medicine care in the practice’s five state-of-the-art locations in Prescott, Surprise, Kingman, Gilbert & Lake Havasu City, AZ. Raghav Mohindra, MD, John Moran, MD, and the rest of the caring medical team welcome all family members over the age of 16. The team at More MD encourages patients to take active roles in their health. Practitioners spend time educating patients about their health and, if needed, how to manage chronic conditions.

This patient-centric focus allows patients to make educated decisions about their health care and improve the quality of their lives. As a full-service primary care practice, patients can keep all of their medical records under one roof at More MD. The practice even has an in-house laboratory for faster diagnostic services.

Team members regularly care for patients who have hypertension, high blood cholesterol, and asthma, among other chronic ailments. Practitioners can even diagnose allergies right on-site, so patients can quickly find out which allergies they have and how to manage them. More MD offers flexible scheduling throughout the week for annual checkups — even for new patients. The caring team also offer same-day scheduling for urgent care needs.

Kurt Manley is a native of Kingman and after retirement from the Navy he returned and has been practicing for almost 12 years in Kingman. His wife is from Kingman also, their children and grandchildren live here. He is able to provide continuity of care due to being well established, both professionally and personally within the community.

Kurt Manley, PA-C, MPAS, DFAAPA, has been practicing family practice for over 19 years. He joined the United States Navy after graduating from Kingman High School. During his 26 years of active naval service, he served tours of duty on 6 different ships. He deployed multiple times to the Western Pacific including Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm. Additionally, he served with SEAL Teams in Operation Support Democracy in Haiti. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska when he completed Physician Assistant training at the Interservice PA Program in 2001. He received his Masters Degree in PA Studies from the University of Nebraska in 2003. He has earned the designation of a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. He was selected as the Civilian Physician Assistant of the Year by the Veterans Caucus of the American Academy of Physician Assistants in 2017. He was also awarded the PA/Physician Partnership of the Year Award, 2019 by the Arizona State Association of Physician Assistants. In 2020, he was awarded the Preceptor of the Year by the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Physician Assistant Education Association He has served on the board of directors of Arizona State Association of Physician Assistants (ASAPA). He is a preceptor for Physician Assistant students at Northern Arizona University PA program. He has earned the designation of Clinical Preceptor by the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
