As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is rapidly evolving, we believe it is important to follow CDC recommended precautions to keep our patients and our staff healthy.

1. Our office is available for emergency medical visits. Please call first (928)753-2106 Kingman or (928)763-1000 Bullhead.
2. If you need to order contacts or refill your medications. We ask that you call the office. DO NOT COME IN.
3. Per CDC requirements we are rescheduling all non emergent medical appointments or annual routine eye exams, in addition to all elective procedures.
4. We ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are feeling under the weather, sick, have been around anyone who is sick or have been out of the country.
5. Please bring yourself to your appointment. Please, NO guests.
6. We strongly suggest wearing a mask or a scarf.
7. We want you to know we are taking extra cleaning measures and steps to keep all of us safe and healthy.
