Sorry to break it to you… but even if you think you’re too slow or too weak chances are you’re still above average just by the mere fact that you’re out there trying to get better. Don’t let the fear of not being perfect stop you from starting.

You don’t need flawless routines or endless time. Just moving your body a few times a week already puts you far ahead of the general population. Even small amounts of exercise can have powerful benefits compared to being sedentary.

Start where you are. Do what you can. Your future self will thank you. 💪✨

What matters way more than what you do between Christmas and New Year’s…
is what you do between New Year’s and Christmas.

Tiny walks.
A few strong workouts.
Meals that mostly feel good.
Rest that actually restores you.

Nothing dramatic. Nothing extreme.
Just small, consistent steps that add up

And imagine this time next year…
feeling stronger. More capable. More at home in your body.
Not because you were perfect but because you kept showing up.

Enjoy this week. Fully.
Then decide: this is the year I stay consistent.

Future you will be so glad you did. 🎄✨
