As an NEMT owner, I try every day to build a team that lives by three simple rules:
Never be late.
Treat everyone like family.
Keep our equipment in pristine condition—inside and out.
In a world where it’s easy to criticize and complain, today reminded me how powerful kindness and professionalism still are.
I received a phone call from a citizen who had followed one of our drivers for several miles and felt compelled to call just to say how respectful, courteous, and safe his driving was. She didn’t have to do that—but she did. And that meant more than she probably knows.
Here at Clear Choice Express, we are one team. From the front office to the drivers on the road, every single person plays a role in delivering the compassion, reliability, and professionalism our patients depend on.
As an owner, you are only as strong as the people beside you. In the middle of long days and constant challenges, it’s easy to forget how special that truly is. Sometimes it takes one unexpected phone call to remind you why you do what you do.
To my team: thank you for showing up with heart, integrity, and pride in what you do. You don’t just transport people—you take care of them. And because of you, Clear Choice Express continues to be a leader in NEMT in Arizona.
Today, I was reminded that doing the right thing still matters. And it still gets noticed.
