“My husband recently had a back injury and Friday he was in an extreme amount of pain. Tiffany was able to get him in within the hour to see Tyler. I was helping him walk in and Tish immediately hopped up and got him a wheelchair (because of course he would listen to someone else other than his wife!) and Leslie just said, "go set him down we got him checked in, you're good!" My husband was back in the room quickly, Laurie was very attentive, making sure to avoid any bumps so it didn't jar my husband and his back. Tyler was also very attentive and set up a quick treatment plan for my husband so he could get relief. Tyler explained certain concerns, and my husband ultimately decided it was best to get an MRI scheduled. Laurie waited with my husband while I went and got the car and brought him out and helped me make sure, he got in the care with no problems. Later that day after I took him home, I had to go drop something off at the clinic and Laurie was already asking how he was feeling, if he was concerned about anything else, etc. That night my husband was feeling better and able to walk again on his own with little pain. He was very thankful to get in before the weekend and have a treatment plan, so he wasn't in extreme pain all weekend. It never ceases to amaze me how amazing Kingman hospital is, and how much every single employee cares for everyone that walks in that door”.
