December 13th from 5 to 6 pm at the
The Sacred Soap Shoppe & Hilltop Holistic Wellness Center located at 519 Hall st Kingman AZ 86401.
Cost free.
We will be going over basic self defense:
Hair pulls, wrist grabs, chokes and more.

Please bring items you carry everyday (purse/bag keys etc..)

We are a wellness company who offer massage stretch, health sevices ( Tai Chi, meditation) and self defense.

Some of thw reoccuring events
Walk in Saturdays 12pm to 430 pm
No appointments needed (max time 30 mins)

Tai Chi class 730 am to 830am
Centennial park basketball court ( weather permiting)
