It’s been a while since I’ve introduced myself, so here we go.
Hey! I’m Emily Heffron, and I’ve been a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist for over 6 years now. I started my business in 2019 in a CrossFit gym ( some of you have been with me since then) and transitioned to my grandparents salon in Kings Mountain in 2021. I have met so many amazing people over the years and have learned a lot as a small business owner.
A few of my favorite techniques to use are myofascial release, cupping therapy, and hot stones. I plan to take more continuing education courses to further my knowledge in the upcoming year.
I’ve had a wide range of experiences in my career working with quadriplegic clients, opioid addiction, ALS, cancer survivors, autoimmune disorders, and much more.
In my free time I love to work out / run, drink iced coffee, and be with my family! I hope you will choose me to be your LMBT and always know you are cared for and loved when you walk through my doors. I look forward to continue serving my community!
* side note * I work limited hours on certain days and spots are very limited! Wait time for new clients is 6 weeks out. And if you’re not a new client, but it’s been a while the wait time is still 6 weeks!

May has been such a busy month for me, so thank you everyone for your patience. I’m booking for June and July so make sure you’re on the books! Schedule will remain the same in the summer months

Happy New Year!!!

If you missed my newsletter I made a couple announcements that are happening for 2025. Price increase of $5 for Deep Tissue Therapy and I will be cutting my Saturdays back to once a month!

Let 2025 be the year of taking care of your body by getting massages regularly, drinking more water, exercising, and getting more sleep! I look forward to seeing you all this year!

🎄🎄🎄Hey guys just wanted to announce that I will no longer be taking new clients for the remainder of 2024 as I am fully booked! Thank you all so much for supporting my business, I hope to reopen my books the beginning of 2025.
