Promoting high ethical and business standards in the Funeral profession. Supporting those who minister daily to the needs of the bereaved
Providing the continuing education necessary for individual enhancement and in order to meet New York State licensing requirements. Advancing the interaction between Licensed Funeral Directors and those agencies with which they deal on behalf of themselves and the families they serve.

Quick reminder for all of our hard working and busy professionals. Zogby Strategies previously sent out a survey to members of the New York State Funeral Directors Association asking for input about what we do and the difficulties we may be facing. If you haven't seen it yet, check your spam box, scroll down for January 14th or January 10th, and make the time to fill it out if you can.

Word has it, the results will have a direct implication on potential legislative changes that at the end of the day, affect all of us. Survey period ends tomorrow, January 23rd, so time is running out to have your professional opinions heard.

Off to deliver over 1,000 donated toys collected by funeral homes across Long Island in support of the John Theissen Children's Foundation.

On Friday we got an early start gathering together with the donation of toys that were collect by funeral homes across Long Island for the John Theissen Children's Foundation. This year was their 34th Toy Drive, and our 1st Hearse Haul.

Thank you everyone who participated in the first annual Hearse Haul, supporting the John Theissen Children's Foundation! Here's just a few photos of the many donation boxes that were located at funeral homes all across Long Island. We don't have an exact count, but by the looks of it easily over 1,000 toys were donated this year. Great Job Everyone!
