I am a Medicine Woman. I help you transform all areas of your life into an empowered and abundant experience through facilitating awakenings, supporting healing and empowering you to rise through the activation and embodiment of your own spiritual gifts. I host public ceremonies, workshops, classes, and individual sessions that all pull from the deep well of gifts, education, practices, and spirit guided tools that I am. Awaken - Heal - Rise.

Public Ceremonies, Workshops, and Classes include; Sound Medicine, Cacao Ceremony, New Moon Circle Gatherings, Yoga Teacher Training, Reiki Certification and Trainings, Yoga Nidra Classes, Bhakti Yoga classes, Energy Medicine, Psychic Development, Lakota Teachings, 7th Dimension activations, rment.

In individual sessions, I specialize in working with those who suffer from PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Fear, Exhaustion, and Autoimmune Dis-ease. I offer soul retrieval, entity removal, trauma root exposure, energy body readings, channeling, hypnogogic trance, plant medicine support, essential oil support, stone therapy support and more.
