As we step into a new year, I'm thinking less about resolutions and more about how we choose to show up.

Not just in our work, but for ourselves.

2026 is a blank page.

The real question isn’t what you want to accomplish, but how you will show up while doing it?

Will you protect your energy?
Be more intentional with your time?
Focus on progress instead of perfection?

You don’t need all the answers on day one. Growth starts with awareness, honesty, and a willingness to show up differently than you did before.

I'm entering this next year grounded, grateful, and excited for what's ahead; for myself, for my team, and for the work we get to do together and the impact we are making.

UNITED FOR GOOD 🤝

This image represents more than a partnership, it represents purpose.

As a CEO, one of my deepest goals has always been to use my platform for something greater than business, to bring people together, give back, and create goodness in the world.

This next week, AT&C Revenue Services and the Maryland Ambulatory Surgery Association (MASA) have united to host a Food Drive supporting the local Maryland community during the MASA 2025 Annual Conference.

The collected donations will be given to a local church supported by one of our own AT&C team members, making this initiative even more personal and meaningful.

Every can, every box, and every act of kindness makes a difference.

Together, we’re proving that when organizations come together with heart, our impact multiplies.
This isn’t just what we do…it’s who we are.

This month, our team took the lead in celebrating Breast Cancer Awareness Month 💗 filling our internal team share with selfies in pink and messages filled with positivity, and purpose.

Moments like these remind me why I’m so proud of this group. They’re go-givers, people who lead with heart and lift each other up, even beyond the work itself.

At AT&C, our culture isn’t just something we talk about, it’s something we live. Because while the work we do matters, the people behind it matter more.

✨ Sometimes the most powerful reminders come in the quietest moments.

As I watched the sun set over the water, I couldn’t help but think about how quickly life moves. The days fly by, the years slip past, and it’s easy to get caught up in the next deadline, the next responsibility, the next goal.

But moments like this remind me to pause. To breathe. To soak it all in.

Don’t take the small moments for granted, they are what life is made of.

Love the journey, love the people beside you, and love the gift of now.
