Mr. James “Jimmy” Howard Foddrell, age 82 of White Oak, Ga., passed away on the morning of March 15th, 2026 with his family by his side. Mr. Foddrell was born on November 3rd, 1943 in Norfolk, Va. to the late John and Margarett Foddrell.
