Chewing Endurance Training — Pantry Edition!” 🥪😄 Even in the GeriHab PT Clinic pantry — the humor never stops! Mr. Santos claims his sandwich is part of “chewing endurance training”… but Physical Therapist supervision still reminds everyone: strength training and mobility exercises give better progress than sandwich strength alone. 😂 At GeriHab Physical Therapy, we promote safe activity, functional strength, and balanced nutrition — with a little laughter in between.
