Do you ever wish you could turn back the clock and have your midsection look like it did 20 or 30 years ago?

This is me circa 1990! Hair game = strong! 😂😂😂

Isn’t it annoying that when you get to a “certain age” your body not only starts to look different...it starts to feel different too?

Around menopause , I started noticing:

• Puffiness around my middle
• Bloating after certain foods
• Achy joints
• Digestion slowing down

So frustrating!!!

But once I realized chronic inflammation was the silent driver…

Everything started to change.

Midlife hormones make your body more sensitive to:
