Who's a good candidate for ?

The answer is, most people who are good candidates for massage therapy in general!

I highly recommend Thai massage for clients who are more active/athletic, or who have specific types of pain.

Clients who have a hard time getting on or off the floor may receive Thai massage on the table.

Clients with osteoporosis/osteopenia should typically start with table massage. A modified version of Thai massage can be performed to protect the bones.

Clients who prefer gentler massage therapy should start with table massage. But again, Thai massage can also be modified for their comfort!
