Our base pay is as follows:
$18/hr with a high school diploma
$19/hr with an associates degree
$20/ hr with a bachelors degree
Add $1/hr for 1-2 years of experience
Add $2/hr for 3-4 years of experience
Add $3/hr for 5+ years of experience
Along with mileage reimbursement, paid holidays, PTO, VTO, and yearly raises.
Benefits package includes health, dental, vision, long term and short term disability, accident, and critical illness insurance!
