Our base pay is as follows:
$18/hr with a high school diploma
$19/hr with an associates degree
$20/ hr with a bachelors degree
Add $1/hr for 1-2 years of experience
Add $2/hr for 3-4 years of experience
Add $3/hr for 5+ years of experience
Along with mileage reimbursement, paid holidays, PTO, VTO, and yearly raises.
Benefits package includes health, dental, vision, long term and short term disability, accident, and critical illness insurance!

In Lara’s new role as KBS Academy’s social worker, she’s most looking forward to building strong, supportive relationships with students who have autism and behavioral challenges. She’s excited to be a consistent and compassionate presence in their lives, someone who truly sees and understands them. Lara is eager to help them develop coping strategies, social-emotional skills, and the confidence to thrive both in and out of the classroom. Most of all, she looks forward to being their advocate, helping to create an environment where they feel safe, respected, and empowered every single day.
