Chief Duphily of the Carver Police Department was one of the original chiefs that started our Plymouth County Outreach program.

He believed in and supported our work from the very beginning- even accompanying our recovery coaches on follow-up visits himself when he didn’t have the staff to do it… he always made it work.

As the program has grown he has continued to work side by side with our staff to bring awareness to the important work that we do and to advocate for future funding to continue our mission.

Although we will miss you Chief Duphily, your retirement is well deserved and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors!
