When that chocolate craving hits, this is what we are reaching for!
These no-bake chocolate fudge balls have your full spectrum prenatal dose, protein and healthy fats.
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop WeNatal Prenatal Protein+
- 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
- 3 Tbsp almond flour
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter or any nut butter
- 1–2 tsp maple syrup (optional, to taste)
- 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
- Pinch sea salt
- 1–2 Tbsp almond milk (just enough to bind)
- Optional: 1 tsp mini dark chocolate chips
What to do:
- Mix protein powder, cacao, almond flour, flaxseed, and salt in a small bowl
- Add peanut butter and maple syrup; stir until crumbly. Tip: warm nut butter to make it easier to mix
- Add milk slowly (½ tsp at a time) until dough forms
- Roll into 2–3 bites or press into a small square
- Chill 15–20 minutes for a fudgier texture
