Ever injure yourself doing something you used to do and find yourself a year later still in pain from it?
Ran into a friend the other day who is still in pain from hyperextended her knee a year ago. She was wondering if there is anything she could do....she really didn't want to get injections or have surgery.
Here's some simple things I recommended to address the structural imbalance she had going on.
