One Light Holistic Healing Finding balance in an ever changing world… Hello there. My name is Laura Edelman. I am a holistic teacher and practitioner.

Having a background in massage therapy, I have a vast knowledge of how the human body functions and moves. However, I was always fascinated by the part of us that we cannot see. I am a firm believer that disease and afflictions of our physical body begin in our energy field. After experiencing energy work firsthand in healing myself, I realized that this is how I want to help others. My greatest joy in this work is seeing people realize that they play a major role in their own healing. My intention is to give people the tools and the inner wisdom to feel balanced and whole again. The day I found Reiki and experienced the universal life force at another level, was the day my life changed. I knew at that moment that I am here on this earth to share and teach this simple and highly effective healing modality.

Each year, from late July through August 12th, we enter a powerful energetic window known as the Lion’s Gate Portal, peaking on 8/8. During this time, the Sun in Leo aligns with the rising of Sirius, the brightest star in our sky and a central light in many galactic origin stories.
