Having a background in massage therapy, I have a vast knowledge of how the human body functions and moves. However, I was always fascinated by the part of us that we cannot see. I am a firm believer that disease and afflictions of our physical body begin in our energy field. After experiencing energy work firsthand in healing myself, I realized that this is how I want to help others. My greatest j

oy in this work is seeing people realize that they play a major role in their own healing. My intention is to give people the tools and the inner wisdom to feel balanced and whole again. Before we even gather, I spend time tuning into the energy of the group… feeling into what’s present, what’s ready to move, and how best to support you collectively. This allows the experience to be intuitively guided and aligned for everyone who’s meant to be there.

This is a space to soften your nervous system, clear what’s been building beneath the surface, and reconnect with your own inner light… without needing to “figure anything out.”

The Moon has just moved into Capricorn at 0°. The fire has softened but you might feel pressure building.

This isn’t chaotic energy… it’s clarifying.

With the Moon under tension, squaring Mercury, Mars, Saturn, and Neptune, and sitting in a quincunx to Uranus, there’s a sense that something isn’t sitting quite right. And with the Sun also square Jupiter and Neptune, the bigger picture is coming into focus in a very real way.

This is where illusion meets reality.

Neptune can blur, soften and keep us holding onto what we want to be true. But Capricorn doesn’t work with potential, it works with what’s actually sustainable.

So if something feels off, unclear or heavier than usual…pause there. You may be seeing something more honestly than you have before.

Not everything you’ve been feeling is a direction.
Some of it has been noise. Some of it has been hope. And now you’re being asked to sort through it.

What’s real?
What’s grounded?
What can hold you long term?

Because this energy isn’t here to rush you forward. It’s here to help you make more aligned decisions, ones that don’t require you to overextend yourself.

Small adjustments today create real stability later. Let clarity come in…even if it changes the plan.

⚡️These sound journeys are intuitively guided and energetically attuned to the group that gathers.

Each month, I tune into the collective field to see what’s moving beneath the surface, what’s ready to be supported and what frequency wants to come through.

This becomes the foundation for the experience. At times, we may chant a mantra together, move through a guided Merkabah visualization or place our hands on specific areas of the body to support cellular memory and healing. We might also connect with the elements… earth, water, fire, air or ether, as a way to anchor and work with the energy more intentionally.

The sound and the intention are not pre-planned… they’re received the day of the sound journey.

You are not just attending a session… you are part of what shapes it.

♋️♐️ The first thing that stood out when looking at the chart this morning is that the Moon is quincunx Jupiter.

This is an adjustment aspect.. the kind where things don’t quite click right away. There’s a feeling of almost understanding, but not fully landing.

But here’s what makes this more interesting:
Jupiter is in Cancer (the Moon’s sign), and the Moon is in Sagittarius (Jupiter’s sign).

So even though these energies don’t naturally align…
they’re still in each other’s world. There’s familiarity here, but not ease. This can feel like your emotional body and your sense of expansion are trying to work together but speaking slightly different languages.

You might a pull between staying where you feel secure and reaching for more. Nothing is wrong, it just needs adjustment.

This isn’t about forcing clarity. It’s about noticing what feels slightly off and gently recalibrating.

What needs to shift so these parts of you can actually support each other?

Looking at the chart this morning, it all began to make sense. Sagittarius Moon + Uranus conjunct Alcyone. Sudden insight…with a nurturing undertone.

Not all sudden insight is disruption, some of it is support.
