Expanding on Angell Deer's words of wisdom . Thank you for being authentically you Angell. 🩵💫🩵

This is so deeply true. When I was a little girl, I guess people would talk about me . I don't remember why nor about what but what I do remember is talking to my mom about it. It was one of those rare times of conversation. Her pearls of wisdom to me as a little girl we're simply this.... and I remember them for made them verbatim.

"If they were talking about you, then they're leaving someone else alone."

Such an odd way to tell a child to navigate things in life. It's as though she was saying it's OK if people talk about you, whether it's true or not, you can handle it. "Take it for the team." Perhaps this is where my resilience and energetic awareness started early in life.

As an adult, I'm not taking one for the team any longer. I refuse and rebuke any energetics that insult my divinity ands who I am. I refuse to hold any gossip about me or others. Words are frequency of intention, of prayer and hold deep power..

I have not always been impeccable with my own words. I always strive to give people the benefits of the doubt. But sometimes they're true colors go flying through the ether like a wounded child screaming for attention, screaming to be heard and seen. When people spread rumors about others, it's truly a reflection of their woundedness, their lack of control over their own life, their lack of worthine.,

These spread rumors, gossip, whether true or not.... need deep healing at the core of their being. We are here to raise each other up.

It is the oppression, the dominatio, the parasitics, and the power over energies.... the outsiders thatt plant the thoughts and the words of harm. There's no room on the planet or in the ether for where we're going for this type of energy.. Call in Holy Creator, your spiritual teams or angelic to remove them from your field in your life.
