RN SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a part time RN Supervisor to join our Licensed Homecare Agency and provide quality care to our patients in the homecare setting.

Located in the heart of Kingston, NY, we serve a vital role within our community, extending our reach across Ulster and Dutchess counties.

• Registered Nurse License in New York
• Proven leadership abilities and experience in staff supervision, training, and development.
• Strong commitment to quality improvement, patient satisfaction, and ethical healthcare delivery.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of nurturing strong relationships with patients, families, and team members.
• Homecare experience is preferred but will train the right candidate.

Mon., Wed., & Fri. – 8:30am – 4:30pm
Salary: $35 - $40 per hr.

Dedicated Aide – 40 hours guaranteed a week - $21 per hour
We are hiring for a dedicated aide to take care of 9 patients. Position includes the use of a company vehicle with gas included. This is a Monday through Friday position. Aide must report to the office each morning, pick up company vehicle, and drive to scheduled clients for the day.
Must be certified and have own phone.
Must have previous experience as a PCA, 5 years preferred
Clean driving record
Includes 5 vacation days and 10 personal / sick days
6 paid holidays with the option to work on holidays at time and a half
