As we close out heart health month in February, we are incredibly proud of our indoor walking group who far exceeded the goal that was set! This picture represents just a portion of the residents who contributed to protecting their own heart health and raising awareness by completing our daily walking circuit. We were happy to make a donation of $150 to the American Heart Association in recognition of their hard work and to advance research and improve care.

We are “Roaring Into March”! We’ll enjoy St. Patrick’s Day celebrations with the Murray Academy of Irish Dance and live music by Kevin Farley the Irish Music Guy. We’ll welcome the arrival of spring with a craft workshop by Liberation Art Studio, and also a watercolor class with Arts of Gold! Plus, our family Easter Party will be a highlight of the month!
