Before it was criminalized, it was a community.

As part of our Last Prisoner Project initiative for Black History Month, we’re honoring the deep connection between Black history and the origins of cannabis. While legal markets grow, thousands remain incarcerated for ma*****na offenses. The Last Prisoner Project is working to free them and repair the harms caused by decades of racialized criminalization.

This Black History Month, we're standing for more than legalization.

NOSTALGIA exists to honor the classic strains and the pioneers who carried cannabis culture through criminalization. While legalization opened the door for some to build generational wealth in this industry, it largely left behind the communities most impacted by decades of racialized criminalization.
That’s why all February, we’re partnering with to amplify the fight for real justice through education about how Black communities have been disproportionately affected by these policies.
