In our opinion, Valentineโs Day needs a refresh. There will always be room for boxes of chocolate, date nights, and romcoms. Weโd like to provide our signature shadow work twist to the day and invite a new sense of self-love, an ignition of frequency, alignment with empowered authenticity, and a journey into intimacy.
You are the torchbearer of your life, your passions, your excitement. All relationships grow out of how you feel when alone and the most you can offer any relationship is your own inner peace and love. A relationship represents a combination of the inner states of those involved, so claiming personal responsibility for how you show up is the part you control.
The new era of societal structures and humanityโs needs require new forms of union: ones where energy is aligned with outcomes that benefit the personal and the collective. Qualities like emotional self-regulation, the willingness for shadow work, and intuitive integration will feed new ways of being with one another. This opens the door to co-creation based on resonance instead of role, moving from co-dependence to interdependence whilst maintaining individuality.
