We’re excited to team up with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins for Military Appreciation Night on Saturday, February 21st at 6:05 PM as they take on Bridgeport.
But here’s the part that matters most to us:
Heroes Hearthstone has 75 tickets set aside at no cost specifically for veterans and first responders, with up to 5 tickets per family. This is about getting people in the seats, together, for a night that’s meant to be fun, connected, and pressure-free.

During the late hours of Wednesday, February 11, 2026, the Kingston Municipal Police Department responded to a residential structure fire alongside the Kingston Forty Fort Fire Department and other assisting departments. Our firefighters and officers worked tirelessly and courageously in their efforts to rescue all occupants of the home.

Tragically, one juvenile lost their life, and another remains in critical condition. Our hearts are with the family, friends, and all those impacted by this devastating loss.

The Kingston Municipal Police Department is organizing a donation drive to assist the family members who are currently recovering and working to rebuild after losing their home. To protect the family’s privacy during this extremely difficult time, we will not be releasing further information.

• Gift cards (grocery stores, Walmart, Target, Amazon, etc.)

A booster seat donation will also be accepted!

Your kindness, generosity, and support during this time are deeply appreciated. Together, we can help this family begin to rebuild.

Donations can be dropped off M-F 8:30am - 10pm. Saturday and Sundays 7pm-10pm. Accommodations for donations can be made if these times do not work for you by contacting the department at (570)288-3674 ext. 405.
