🍪🎉 National Oreo Cookie Day at Lone Star Ranch! 🎉🍪

Today we celebrated National Oreo Cookie Day at Lone Star Ranch with some sweet treats and even sweeter moments! Our residents enjoyed a fun afternoon sharing Oreo cookies, laughter, and great conversation. Whether they like to twist them apart, dunk them in milk, or enjoy them just as they are, everyone had a great time celebrating this classic favorite.

Today at Lone Star Ranch Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, our Administrator David took a moment to show his appreciation for the incredible team that makes our building so special! 🧡

Staff were treated to refreshing sweet teas from Chicken Express along with a heartfelt note from David thanking everyone for their continued hard work and dedication. It’s small moments like these that remind us how important it is to recognize the amazing people who care for our residents each and every day.

Message from David:

“Thank you to all of the staff here at Lone Star Ranch for all of the hard work and dedication that you put into this building. It is because of you that we are able to care for our residents with compassionate care. Please know that you are appreciated!”

Great afternoon at WellMed in Kingsville! 🎉

We had an amazing time hosting Bingo today at WellMed Kingsville, and it was wonderful to see so many new faces join in on the fun. Our team truly enjoys opportunities like this where we can connect with members of our community in a relaxed and welcoming environment. There was plenty of laughter, friendly competition, and great conversation throughout the afternoon!

Events like this give us the chance not only to have fun, but also to share information about the services and care we provide, answer questions, and build meaningful relationships within our community. We believe education and connection are key to helping individuals and families feel confident about their healthcare options.

Thank you to everyone who came out to play, visit, and spend time with us. We always enjoy being part of such a supportive and engaged community. We look forward to seeing everyone again soon!

Today we celebrate a special milestone at Lone Star Ranch 🎉

After an unexpected and traumatic injury, Ms. Harms came to us for healing, support, and recovery. Through determination and hard work, she has grown stronger in mind, body, and spirit. Today we are proud to celebrate her return home.

We are so grateful to have been part of your journey, Ms. Harms. Wishing you continued health, happiness, and strength as you begin this next chapter.

Our residents at Lone Star Ranch had the best time getting creative during our pottery painting activity! 🎨🫖

Each resident had the opportunity to express themselves by painting their very own little teapot. From bright, bold colors to soft, classic designs, every piece was unique and full of personality, just like the amazing individuals who created them.

Activities like this are more than just fun. They encourage creativity, promote fine motor skills, and give our residents a wonderful sense of accomplishment.

We love seeing their talents shine and watching their creativity come to life one brushstroke at a time. Great job to all of our talented artists at Lone Star Ranch! 💙

Lone Star Ranch proudly hosted our First Annual Chili Cook-Off, and what an incredible event it was! 🌶️🔥

A huge thank you to everyone who participated and brought their best recipes to the table. The competition was fierce, the flavors were bold, and the community spirit was even stronger!

You all brought the heat and made this event one to remember!

Events like this are what make Lone Star Ranch more than just a facility , we are a family and a community. We are already looking forward to next year’s cook-off! 🌟

Our Administrator has a genuine passion not only for leading our team, but for enriching the lives of our residents in meaningful ways. One of the things he loves most is helping our residents select a great book to read. Whether it’s a timeless classic, an inspiring devotional, or a mystery that keeps them turning pages, he takes the time to learn their interests and personally recommend something special.

📚Reading does so much more than pass the time. It strengthens the mind and sparks conversations. Watching their faces light up when they find the perfect book is something truly special.

We are proud to have leadership that values lifelong learning, connection, and the simple joys that make each day brighter. Stop by and you might just find our Administrator sharing his latest book recommendation and enjoying a great conversation with one of our residents.
