Hope this finds everyone coping well!! It is important during this time to focus on building and maintaining your Immune System: adequate sleep (8 hours per night at a regularly scheduled time), hydration (minimally drink 8 glasses of water per day), probiotics, Vitamin D3 with dinner (at least 5,000 iu), Vitamin C, and zinc.
