Acne problem?
Step 1. Wash your face with Dial Gold
Step 2. Apply Cortizone-10 (roll,cream or ointment) to acne spots ...not your whole face just "spot apply".
Step 3. "Spot Apply" Tea tree oil on acne spot/spots.

Do this every morning and before bed.

It's that time of year again.....colds & allergies🤦🏼‍♀️
Drink water with electrolytes and a humidifier on....trust me works wonders.
If anyone has home remedies/family secrets they do to help with colds etc....post them.... Might be just the remedy someone needs right now♥️

Hello everyone hope you are all staying safe from our world of craziness right now. I wanted to share with all of you something that Claudes doctors informed was something he and I should be taking right now and it is Zinc....so if you have Zinc or able to get some I highly advice you taking it daily. It helps your body fight off this crazy virus and others things to say the least.
