We Need Your Help!
This dog is frequently seen around our office on Airport Road, Kinston. He has a plastic jug stuck around his head. This picture was taken on UNC Lenoir grounds. If you see him please notify Lenoir County Animal Control and Lenoir County SPCA. He cannot last long with out food or water. Please look and call if he is found.

Patients of Lenoir Family Medicine,

We are now "UNC Family Medicine on Airport Road". We made this transition a year ago in December of 2019. Our philosophy remains the same. We try to take the very best care possible for our patients and we try to treat everyone as if they were family. Our providers, and staff are the same. Our location and even our telephone number remains unchanged. Very few private medical practices will continue to exist and in time most, if not all will need to partner with a larger entity. This is happening nation wide. We chose to partner with the UNC Physician Network. Our local hospital is managed by UNC and partnering with UNC was best for our patients and the community as a whole.

This page has been for the most part dormant and in the future it hopefully will be updated and more relevant. As always thank you for allowing us to be your medical caregivers.

It is with mixed feelings that I announce the retirement of Jackie Albritton from our office. She has been a joy for me and fellow staff members over the years. Her work ethic has been unsurpassed by anyone I have ever met. She has worked tirelessly for over forty-seven years in our office. When she began, our office was called Kinston Family Practice, later Dr. Agsten's Office, then Agsten & Crisp and later Lenoir Family Medicine. Physicians and staff have come and gone but Jackie has been a constant throughout the years. Her retirement is well deserved and long in coming. Jackie is loved and she will missed!

With flood waters rising and almost 1/2 of our local population now unable to see us there are lots of open slots in our schedule this week. If you have an appointment and you can see us, call and see if you can be seen sooner this week.
