Services and programs include Adult Health, Breast and Cervical Cancer Prevention and Health Promotion, Animal/Rabies Control, Child Health, Care Coordination for Children (CC4C), Childhood Lead Prevention, Environmental Health services, Family Planning, Immunizations, Laboratory Services, Prenatal Care, Pregnancy Care Home Case Management, Public Health Social Work, Vital Records, TB/Communicable Diseases/STD/HIV, and WIC.

Next Thursday, November 13th, our Regional Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Coaches will perform A1c screenings for those at risk of type 2 diabetes and encourage participants to connect with a Diabetes Prevention Program. This FREE event will be held in Greenville, NC, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Please spread the word!

Our Employee Steps Challenge Series is on a roll!! Please congratulate our Team Fall Winners!!🏆

Our challenge ran from October 6-19, with an average daily goal of 7,100 steps. Our staff was split into two teams: Team Summer and Team Fall. Team Fall completed the challenge with a combined total of 661,541 steps!!

We send kudos to all of our participating staff members for doing something healthy and having fun folded into one!
