On behalf of Living Legacy Adult Day Health Program, we are requesting your participation in our upcoming Raffle Fundraiser to support our seniors.

We are raffling a $200 Cash Prize, baskets, restaurant gift cards, etc…and all proceeds will directly benefit our Activities Department, helping us provide engaging programs, therapeutic activities, and meaningful experiences for the seniors we serve each day.

Your support can make a tremendous difference. We would be honored if you would:
• Help us promote the raffle
• Purchase raffle tickets
• Make a monetary contribution
• Allow us to display raffle information at your location

Every dollar raised goes directly back into enhancing activity supplies, special events, and enrichment opportunities for our participants.
