🎄 Kicking off December the sweet way! 🎄

Our PT team turned the gym into a mini scavenger hunt today, and this resident was on a mission — tracking down candy canes hidden all around the room. Balance? Check. Reaching? Check. Holiday spirit? DOUBLE check. ❤️🍬

🎉 Headed Home! 🎉
Today we got to celebrate one of our favorite goodbyes - sending Mr. Ham home after a successful rehab stay!

He worked hard with therapy, showing up every day ready to put in the work (and sneak in a few laughs with the therapy team). His dedication paid off, and now he’s walking out stronger and excited for this next chapter.

We’re so proud of all the progress he made here at our facility - and the smiles shared in this photo say it all. 💙
