The Minges Wellness Center will be closed Wednesday, 12/24 and Thursday, 12/25 for the holidays. We will also be closed 1/1/26, New Years Day. We will be open normal hours otherwise. We wish everyone a safe and Merry Christmas!

The Minges Wellness Center would like to congratulate Vicki Townsend on being our December member of the month! Vicki is highly driven in pursuit of her health and fitness goals and she is always trying to further her knowledge of health and fitness. She is a very dedicated member of the gym and attends several of our fitness classes! Congratulations Vicki!

David has persevered through some tough times lately and has come back stronger than before! He is a hard worker and always gives 100% and we are lucky to have a friend like him in our group. The Minges Wellness Center staff would like to congratulate Jerry Leatherwood on completing 50 sessions with the Punching Through Parkinson's program! Jerry is a hard worker who is up for any challenge and always works hard. Over the last 50 workouts, Jerry has become a good friend to all of our boxers, and we could not be happier to have him in our program! Congratulations Jerry!🥊

Chet has shown great improvement over the past 50 workouts, and we could not be prouder. He keeps everybody laughing and pushes everyone through the tough workouts.
