With focus of movement you identify, clarify, and align your being through the teaching of Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda. Formats: Vinyasa flow, Yin Yoga, Supported Yoga w/stability ball, Pilates mat class/Private w/equipment.

It is fall. Here is an anti-inflammatory, immune-boosting mixture to add to your daily routine.

1/2 C. Raw honey
1-2 tsp Tumeric powder (tumeric is heating, so it depends on your system)
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp vanilla
Mix in a glass jar with a lid.
Dosage: 1 tsp a day in tea or smoothie. When sick, 1 tbsp 2-3 x day
Options: Add 1 tbsp of coconut oil to your tea to better absorb turmeric.

*Turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon are heating. They are also antimicrobial. Honey and spices provide an antioxidant boost.

Our Story

Movement Focus is a mind body studio offering Life Coaching, Yoga, Mediation, Healing. Yoga moves you, meditation clears you, healing releases you and coaching finds you.Offering services in small group sessions or Private one on one.

Over many years of working with people in their physical body, to gain strength, flexibility, and general overall better health. The mental body plays a role in the outcome of the stated goals. The mental body can fluctuate with stress, fatigue, illness, crisis. As we move through life we can experience life changes in work, family, relationships, school, love, loss and more.

My love of teaching movement has focused steady on a Yoga practice offering many styles of yoga to meet the needs in our society. Meditation is a learning process with the intent to clear the mind of the many monkeys of thought. I create Guided meditation for stress reduction and healing.

As a Reiki master and student of shamanism I offer healing sessions. These sessions can be remote as well as in person.
