Welcome to a new year and fresh starts!
If these past few weeks (or more) were a bit challenging, or even if they went smoothly, I wanted to share making an aromatherapy inhaler to help with the post holiday/activities/break/feels.
Inhalers are a great way to get the benefits of plant medicine, but not have the scent around all the time. For example, if you're around little ones, pets, or a fragrance free environment you can use them quickly and quietly. They're great for supporting mood, mental, and emotional well being and so much more.
The blend includes a variety of oils that are earthy, yet a bit sweet and may help to:
Ground, yet energize, may support the immune system and respiratory tract all in one little tube.
🌿 It includes
2 drops of cinnamon leaf
2 drops of eucalyptus dives
3 drops of sweet marjoram
6 drops of black spruce
7 drops of sweet orange
All mixed into a wick that can be stored inside the inhaler tube. The one I'm using here is a personal, reusable tube that has a glass vial you can clean and reuse with different blends
🌿to use:
Gently close one nostril and inhale for a couple breaths
Close the other nostril and inhale for another couple breaths
Repeat 2-3x and about every couple hours if needed.
