The right timing makes all the difference.

In 2023 – Stage 1:
We performed Lipo 360 (circumferential liposuction around the entire midsection) to sculpt the waist from every angle, followed by a 360 body lift to remove excess skin and reshape the lower torso. We also did a fat transfer to the breasts, using her own fat to add soft, natural volume.

Why stage it? Transferred fat needs time to reconnect to a blood supply so the body doesn’t reabsorb it. We allowed everything to settle and heal properly before making further decisions.

After healing, she wanted more volume and more lift.

In 2025 – Stage 2:
We completed a breast lift (mastopexy) to elevate and reshape the breast tissue, placed breast implants for added fullness and upper pole volume, and performed a monsplasty, which reduces and lifts the mons p***s area for a smoother, more balanced lower contour.

This is what strategic staging looks like.
Not rushed or overdone. Just thoughtful planning for long-term, beautiful results.
