⬆️ Breast lift! This is a 43 year old female who was bothered by breast ptosis and widened areolas after pregnancy. She was perfectly happy with her breast volume, but desired to have subtle improvement in the upper pole contour. She is shown 4 months from a breast lift (mastopexy) with fat transfer to the upper portion of the breasts.

Grateful to have been a part of the Motiva masterclass session in Louisville - part of what makes plastic surgery exciting is the new technology, science, and techniques that emerge over time. 🏆 This is a beautiful 52 year old female who desired to have smaller, more lifted breasts and reduce the size of the areolas - we performed a breast reduction using a superomedial pedicle technique, which can be a great way to reshape the breast mound. She is less than 3 months from surgery and loving her result!

This is a 30 year old female who wanted to achieve a subtle increase in breast volume by about a cup size. She is quite fit and wished to maintain a natural breast shape - this influenced our selection of implants and approach. As evidenced by the tan lines, she has already been enjoying the sun after a couple months 😎

☀️ This is a 22 year old female who was bothered by breast asymmetry and characteristic symptoms from larger breast size relative to her small frame. The patient is shown 4 months from breast reduction. She has less back/neck pain, can more comfortably exercise, and is ready for summer!

This is a 70 year old gentleman who presented with a left nasal mass. This had steadily enlarged over the last several years. The diagnosis of rhinophyma was confirmed with a biopsy, and he underwent mass excision and nasal recontouring to preserve the left alar anatomy.

With excellent wound care, the 3x3 cm defect healed in less than 3 weeks. The patient is shown 2 months from surgery and the scar tissue will continue to soften and blend with the native skin. He is excited to not be wearing a mask in public!

⬆️ Early post-op result!

This is a 66 year old female who desired to improve the appearance of her lower face and neck. She is shown here just 2 weeks from face and neck lift, upper lip lift, and CO2 laser resurfacing to the perioral region.

This is a 60 year old female who had breast implant removal and bilateral mastopexy performed 3 months ago.

Her implants (saline, prepectoral, 250 cc) were placed over 30 years ago (!) and she simply wanted to be a smaller size with a more natural breast shape.

Saline implants can also be deflated in the office - for symmetry in the event of a rupture on one side, to get an idea about if a lift is desired, or to have the skin contract and reduce the extent of surgery if a lift is indicated.
