A big thank you to Kenmore Owner Joe Nance MPT, OCS, COMT, FAAOMPT, ATC/L who taught our first free CEU course of 2026 on the Cervical Spine. I am completely biased but Joe is my favorite spine PT in the PNW. Having sent friends, family, and neighbors to him for years it is only fitting that he help push our clinicians both in and out of our group on a weekend! Thanks to all the clinicians and the great contributions from all that attended.

LWPT Houghton’s Christmas party this year was a curling party. We all have a newfound respect for the sport of curling, which takes incredible skill. Thank you to the Granite Curling club for your instruction. We had a great time, but none of us will be competing in the Olympics this February. Thrilled to celebrate another great year with our awesome staff!

The 12Ks of Christmas was another fun event for the Kirkland community. It was great to catch up with former clients, neighbors, physicians, and runners. A big shout out to the volunteers, the team at Cascade Stride, Snohomish Running Company, the City of Kirkland, Kirkland Police, and our staff! Thanks for making this event possible the past 20+ years.

Another great Foundations Mentorship course this past week. For our most recent additions to our team there is no better way to get better than to meet, discuss, and review. Stacy Soappman, PT and Katie Hutchins, PT have done a great job getting our team quickly to a level that is much stronger than we have ever been. Their tireless work is showing dividends in our clinician's confidence, their results, and client surveys. This month we tackled upper cervical and headaches.
