At Ascend Physical Therapy, each patient is evaluated and treated by a physical therapist who prides himself on continuity of exceptional care. From initial evaluation throughout the plan of care empowering results are achieved. It is always our goal to discover the underlying functional limitations and correct them, improving quality of movement.
