A big lesion associated with this lower premolar.

Dens evaginatus was the cause of this necrotic pulp.

A wide open apex. Cleaned with Gentlewave and sealed with bioceramic. No files were used.

18 months later. The healing is progressing well. No symptoms. The tooth has a good prognosis.

A recent example of a bifold palatial root. Complex anatomy is not uncommon. This tooth had undergone pulpal necrosis following some excellent quality restorative treatment from the referring clinician some months back. A single visit procedure using the Gentlewave to clean. Sealed with bio ceramic sealer and ready for a crown. The prognosis is good.
