Jefferson House is a distinctive memory care community serving those living with memory loss. Welcome to distinctive memory care at Jefferson House.

Our specialized community environments and personalized care model reconnect your loved ones to their cherished memories—helping to create a deep sense of purpose for them. Memory loss manifests itself differently in each person and we recognize the challenges faced. This specialized memory care community is near medical facilities equipped to serve the specific needs of those experiencing Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and other forms of memory loss.

Families of current and prospective residents are invited to gather in the first-floor conference room for conversation, education, and encouragement. This month’s speaker, Jordan Drew, Clinical Education Liaison from Continuum Hospice, will help guide the discussion, and lunch will be provided. RSVP or direct questions to (425) 492-0944.

Our annual Trick or Treat on Main Street was a huge success this year! 🎃🍬 Residents loved handing out candy to local kids from neighborhoods, schools, daycares, and mom-and-me groups. A wonderful way to celebrate Halloween together and stay dry while doing it! 😊
