Alesia Regan-Hughes is a Reiki Master, Energy Healer, EFT Tapping Coach, and Intuitive Artist. She has been trained and certified by world-renown energy worker and psychic, Marie Manuchehri, in addition to ongoing studies in the areas of energy healing. Alesia is highly intuitive and adept at moving energy with her hands. Her work as a healer is profoundly relaxing and restorative, and balances t

he subtle energetic aspects of the body while connecting the client to his/her authentic self; also known as the Higher Self. In her sessions, Alesia may also incorporate EFT/Tapping, intuitive insights, guided imagery and visualization, breath-work, and affirmations. Following a session, one can expect to feel:

Reiki is a holistic noninvasive, hands-on healing modality which provides many benefits to the recipient, including movement of energy while activating the natural healing process of the client. Reiki promotes many feelings of well-being and assists in accelerating healing from injury and illness, reducing stress, and reducing or eliminating pain. Reiki also strengthens the immune system, and helps to clear emotional or physical trauma. As an artist, Alesia creates beautiful and evocative paintings, which arise out of an intuitive painting process. She is currently developing classes on the use of EFT, relaxation techniques, and other modalities for reducing stress and anxiety, while fostering self-love and acceptance.

This is a declaration of relentless compassion and resilience.

May I become at all times, both now and forever,
A protector for those without protection,
A guide for those who have lost their way,
A ship for those with oceans to cross,
A sanctuary for those in danger,
A lamp for those in the dark,
And a servant to all those in need.
As long as living beings exist,
and suffering afflicts them,
May I too abide to dispel the misery of the world.

May I be a guard for those who need protection,
A guide for those on the path,
A boat, a raft, a bridge for those who wish to cross the flood.
May I be a lamp in the darkness,
A resting place for the weary,
A healing medicine for all who are sick,
A vase of plenty, a tree of miracles;
And for the boundless multitudes of living beings,
May I bring sustenance and awakening,
Enduring like the earth and sky
Until all beings are freed from sorrow,
And all are awakened.
