Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance tasks across our facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in general maintenance, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems.
Mow and weedeat the property.
Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas.
Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications
Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license is required.
