Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance tasks across our facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in general maintenance, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems.
Mow and weedeat the property.
Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas.
Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications
Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license is required.

Perseverance Painting has been killing it at Neartown. These guys came out and volunteered there time to make Neartown more welcoming to newcomers. Sherwin Williams stepped in there with a massive discount on the paint. Our community is amazing! If you need something painted let Mike and the guys get some paint at Sherwin Williams and come out and fix you up. They do an amazing job. We will post pictures when it is finished.
