June is Men's health awareness month!

One of the most prevalent challenges modern men face is declining levels of testosterone. This vital hormone is integral for various aspects of health including energy, libido, fat distribution, and muscle and bone growth and strength.

Although many men are relying on testosterone supplement therapy, usage is controversial.

One of the best, natural methods of optimizing testosterone is resistance training through weight-lifting and/or bodyweight exercises. This is one reason why resistance training is core to our programs at the Institute.

If you're a man over the age of 30, safe and progressive resistance training is a must for you to look and perform your best. It's time for you to hit the gym!
