Long ago and far away… Thank you so much to these wonderful people and educators in the for five years of growth, development, and insight into the public education liaison role of identifying disabilities, the process for referrals, accountability, and more importantly the procedural nuances that are required and sometimes veiled in the process of obtaining free and appropriate public education for ALL students. 

Did you know it was Counselor's Week? Did you know that we have the best counselors ever? Did you know that they are totally dedicated to helping each and everyone of the the children that attend Gotsch? Well you do now!
Thank you so much Adrienne Adkison & Peter Bogart for EVERYTHING you do! There is not an adjective in the world that would describe how much you are appreciated!

Discipline is not punishment. Discipline is when one uses reason to determine the best course of action regardless of one's desires or emotions.

Discipline provides people with rules to live their lives efficiently and effectively. Discipline creates habits, habits make routines, and routines become who you are daily.

Today + Today + Today = Your Life.

It's so important to create discipline for your children, but how can you expect to do that without first establishing and practicing self-discipline?

Appropriately asking for help is not a weakness. It's actually a sign of emotional intelligence to not allow your pride and ego to interfere.

It's an excellent idea to encourage our children to try something new on their own, but only if they know how and when to ask for help appropriately.

Just think of all the unpleasant situations you and your children can avoid if you acquire, teach, and practice this essential life skill in your family.
