Loving God,
as we enter this new year of 2026,
we place all that we are and all that we serve
into Your Divine Heart.
We thank You for the gift of life,
for each resident entrusted to our care,
for their wisdom, their stories,
their quiet strength and enduring faith.
Help us to see You in every face,
especially in moments of fragility and need.
Lord Jesus,
teach us to serve with gentleness and patience,
to honor the dignity of every person,
and to be instruments of Your peace
within our home and beyond its walls.
Inflame our hearts with Your love,
that we may love as You love—
faithfully, generously, and without measure.
May our words bring comfort,
our hands bring healing,
and our presence bring hope.
Holy Spirit,
guide us throughout this year.
Strengthen our team members, bless our families,
and fill St. Agnes Home with compassion, joy, and trust.
May all who enter here feel welcomed, cherished, and safe.
Mary, our Mother,
walk with us in the days ahead.
Lead us always closer to your Son
as we strive to See, Serve, and Love God in All.
